What does the job involve?:
We are looking for a Perlite Furnace Operator. This is a technical and production-oriented position involving the operation of specialized equipment. Perlite is a natural volcanic material that becomes lightweight and porous after thermal processing – it is widely used in horticulture, construction, and industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring the perlite furnace
• Starting, programming, and adjusting machine settings according to the production schedule
• Following safety regulations and ensuring the quality of the final product

Requirements:

• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts)
• Own accommodation and transport to work
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work according to plan

We offer fixed working hours, regular weekly payments, the possibility of health insurance, pension contributions from the first day of work, as well as 8.33% additional funds for the payment of holiday money. Our employees are entitled to 10.92% of holiday hours, as well as the possibility of switching to a permanent contracts
