Description

We are looking for a Junior Servicedeskmedewerker in Amsterdam, who will act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues. Your role will involve providing professional customer support, resolving technical issues, and handling service requests. By collaborating with colleagues at different levels, you will optimize IT services and contribute to improving processes and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing, registering, monitoring, and resolving IT issues and service requests.
  • Resolving issues during the initial customer contact.
  • Escalating more complex issues to second- and third-line support teams.
  • Identifying recurring problems and proposing preventative solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and communicative English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Dutch or German will be an additional advantage).
  • Completed MBO level 3 or 4 ICT diploma.
  • Own accommodation and transport to work.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 365, Active Directory, and ITIL.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently solve problems.
