Description
We are looking for a Perlite Furnace Operator. This is a technical and production-oriented position involving the operation of specialized equipment. Perlite is a natural volcanic material that becomes lightweight and porous after thermal processing – it is widely used in horticulture, construction, and industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring the perlite furnace
- Starting, programming, and adjusting machine settings according to the production schedule
- Following safety regulations and ensuring the quality of the final product
Requirements
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
- Communicative knowledge of Dutch
- Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts)
- Own accommodation and transport to work
- Independence, responsibility, and ability to work according to plan
